I build systems that handle millions of requests per second.

Senior Software Engineer at OZON. I design high-load backend infrastructure — from page assembly engines serving hundreds of thousands of users to metrics pipelines processing tens of millions of writes per second. Active contributor to the ClickHouse ecosystem.

What I've built

Hours to minutes. Millions of inserts per second. Pages from a hundred microservices.

At OZON, I've led and contributed to projects that changed how teams debug, how pages get assembled, how we collect metrics, and how we work with ClickHouse at scale.

Backend-Driven UI & Page Composition

Core engineer on the Composer system — the engine that assembles OZON's user-facing pages from widgets provided by hundreds of domain teams. Owned the entrypoint service responsible for rendering web pages from multiple microfrontends, and contributed to the Composer core that orchestrates data resolution, widget processing, and page layout across 100+ microservices in a single request.

Debugging System for Mobile & Web

Led development of an internal debugging tool that cut debug complexity from hours to minutes. Used weekly by over 300 engineers. Became one of the go-to tools for diagnosing issues in OZON's mobile and web applications.

High-Throughput Metrics Pipeline

Built a metrics collection service that handles tens of millions of inserts per second into ClickHouse. The storage demands of this project led directly to creating ch-rollup — a data aggregation library later open-sourced under ozontech.

ClickHouse Go Driver — Major Contributor

Implemented reusable batch inserts in the official ClickHouse Go driver (2.9k+ stars), cutting memory consumption by three times. Shipped multiple critical fixes upstream and contributed documentation to the Altinity Knowledge Base.
Career path

From gaming platforms to one of Russia's largest e-commerce companies.

Each role taught me something different — from building real-time systems to assembling pages from a hundred microservices.
